Due to the ongoing success of our teams, we have made the decision to grow our London/Hybrid team through additional hires. We anticipate that 2024 has the potential to be our most successful year to date.


How will we help you kickstart your career?

  • Our personalised & interactive training is tried & tested to ensure you get the best introduction to recruitment possible to give you the confidence to own your role!
  • Your weekly 1-1's will be centered around your personal development in order to help you grow into a world class recruiter.
  • We also love being collaborative and each week we get together to do a training session based around different recruitment challenges.
  • Most importantly, you will be around people who have been in your shoes! We’ve learnt so much from our last cohort who have gone on to achieve amazing things – but in true Burns Sheehan fashion, we always strive to be better and will continually look at the best possible ways to support you.


Graduate Recruiter: Working on new & existing business

The role is a true blend of business development, candidate re-engagement, recruitment & account management. You will eventually be working the entire 360 recruitment cycle whilst servicing and delivering into our existing clients

Making new connections along with your building your own network to map out target clients in our core sectors such as AI, FinTech, E-Commerce and purpose-driven companies, uncovering and converting new leads and opportunities.

Working with our marketing team to produce & share market-leading events, insights & resources from within your tech specialism to build relationships & your personal brand.


A typical day in the life of a Recruiter:

We believe in a relationship-led approach when it comes to recruitment. Each day is about building genuine relationships and sharing insights into the market that help you and your network to stay ahead.

Engaging with your network uncovering leads and generating market intel that you will share with your team. We are firm believers in the value of meeting face to face with candidates and clients alike & grabbing a cup of coffee with someone in your network. So you can forget about being glued to your desk daily, go out there and meet people – this is how we believe the best relationships are made.

  • Proven track record of working against KPI’s
  • Experience working in a sales OR customer service role
  • Ability to cultivate and forge relationships
  • curious spirit and big ambitions for a fulfilling career in tech recruitment
  • Ability to multitask Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
  • Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills

  • Commission structure Unlike any other commission structure we have seen on the market. We have created various splits, allowing you to make commission in multiple ways. This means you never give any work away without earning from it and you can earn up to 30% commission for your placements.
