I am working with one of the UK's leading business lending platforms who connect small businesses looking to grow with investors who want to lend using innovative technology.
They are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to play a pivotal role in understanding revolving credit and card products and the levers that drive their successful scaling.
What you'll be doing...
- You will build and own financial models to understand the economics of the product and the levers available to optimise this.
- You will work with key stakeholders across Commercial and Technology teams to define and monitor the key metrics driving the success of the product.
- You will build and own reporting to track product performance and drive appropriate actions and/or forecast updates.
- You will work with Marketing and Analytics teams to design and implement a multi-channel strategy to maximise growth.
- You will collaborate with Product teams to understand who the customers are, how they engage with the product and test new features to aid rapid product iterations.
- You will segment the customer base to enable in-life engagement strategies, pricing updates and other lifecycle management.
What they are looking for...
- Solid experience in product analytics, ideally within financial services.
- Strong SQL and Python skills along with experience using AWS.
- Demonstrable ability to translate complex analytical outputs into clear, simple and actionable stories.
- Willing to get involved across a range of areas to make the product a success
- Proven problem-solving skills using logical reasoning and analytical methods.
