📍 Hemel Hempstead (3 days onsite) | 💰 £800-£900/day | ⏳ 6 months | 🚦 IR35 Compliant | 🏁 Start ASAP

We're looking for an accomplished Head of Data to lead multiple high-impact data transformation programmes, providing top-level delivery oversight and architectural governance.

You'll ensure best practices, prevent poor design choices, and guide the business toward scalable, future-proof data solutions.

What you'll do:

Own senior-level delivery updates and architectural oversight.
Shape data models, select optimal structures, and evaluate sources.
Drive thoughtful decision-making on architecture and governance.
Build strong business and stakeholder relationships.
Lead complex on-prem to cloud migration programmes.
Navigate multiple transformations with interdependent technical streams.

What you'll bring:

Proven experience leading large-scale data architecture and governance.
Deep knowledge of data modelling, integration, and migration.
Track record in enterprise legacy-to-cloud transformations.
Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.

Contract details:

Duration: 6 months
Day Rate: £800-£900 a day (subject to market check)
IR35: Compliant - all work currently capexed
Location: 3 days onsite in Hemel Hempstead
Start: ASAP
