Role: Head of Delivery 📈
Salary: Up to £110,000 + Bonus 💸
Location: Watford - 2 days per week on site (hybrid)

Through strategic acquisitions, they continue to expand their market-leading position, having their solutions are trusted across multiple countries including the UK, Ireland, the Nordics, Benelux, and Spain.
With major multi-million pound projects securing the future of the business for the next several years, we are supporting their push for excellence with multiple new hires.
They are looking for a Head of Delivery to lead the company's largest revenue generating team; someone who has the right blend of technical and interpersonal and leadership skills.
Head of Delivery role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Delivery to lead this part of the engineering & delivery function. Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will be responsible for the overall engineering output within your area, from planning and implementation to ongoing operational maintenance. Key to success will be your ability to connect people, ideas, and processes, building strong relationships across the organisation and fostering a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming environment where everyone can thrive.
