We are partnered with one of the most exciting Legaltech companies, operating across the UK and US, who have recently secured significant Series A funding and are now looking at levelling up their data analytics infrastructure.

The role...

You will own the analysis of the end-to-end customer journey, using tools and tech SQL, dbt, Google Analytics and Python to create data models, data products, metrics and find insights that fuel growth. You'll work closely with other engineers, marketers, product teams, and commercial teams to launch and measure initiatives.

What you'll be doing...

• You will own Marketing Performance & Funnel Analysis and analyse the complete customer experience.
• You will develop and maintain core marketing data products, dashboards and reports that serve as the single source of truth for campaign and funnel performance.
• You will drive strategy with advanced analytics & modeling.
• You will build advanced models to optimise marketing budget allocation & build predictive LTV Modeling to inform smarter bidding and acquisition strategies.
• You will conduct customer segmentation to enable personalisation and operational efficiency.
• You will present your findings and models to senior leadership to influence strategic decisions.
• You will partner with Marketing and Product to ensure all requirements for robust tracking and measurement are implemented correctly.

What they are looking for...

• Strong background in data analytics / data science, ideally focused on marketing, product, or growth.
• Expertise with SQL and comfortable using Python.
• Direct, hands-on experience analysing performance data within digital marketing platforms, especially Google and Meta Ads.
• Experience with tracking tools (like GA4)
• Strong background in creating and implementing A/B Testing.
• Hands-on experience with dbt.
