About the event
Burns Sheehan is hosting an in-person roundtable, where engineering leaders will combine their knowledge and experiences and discuss some of the latest challenges in diversity within the tech space, specifically within neurodiversity. We will also explore the practical steps we can take towards encouraging & supporting the next generation of diverse technologists.
This will be a candid event, giving our attendees the opportunity to expand their networks and openly bounce ideas off of other seasoned engineering leaders in the tech community.
Moderated by Anna Szonyi, Head of Engineering at Xapien, we will dive into:
💡 Methods for improving hiring processes and management techniques to maximise the strengths of neurodiverse individuals.
💡 Strategies for proactively influencing decision-making processes to ensure engineering team considerations are included.
