Dress Codes in Tech: A Recruiter's Guide

At Burns Sheehan, we recruit for technology businesses of various sizes and industries, each with their own unique office culture. A surprisingly important part of a company’s working environment revolves around dress code, and it’s a question we are faced with on a daily basis from candidates. The digital technology space spans from suit-and-tie corporate teams to “on Friday we wear pyjamas” start-ups, so it can be tricky to work out where each company sits on the scale.

The creative team over at T M Lewin have designed a handy infographic to illustrate which attire suits different types of business.
